1. The software
Widgetscape is proprietary software for macOS by VPO Labs (Viorel Porumbescu PFA, Romania). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile or modify it, except where the law expressly allows.
2. Beta
Pre-release versions are provided for evaluation. They may contain bugs, change without notice, or stop working, and they come without any commitment to future availability.
3. Third-party services
Widgets that connect to Google, Microsoft, Open-Meteo or other services are subject to those services' terms. You can disconnect them at any time from the app.
4. Updates
The app checks widgetscape.vpolabs.com for signed updates. You control automatic checking in Settings.
5. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPO Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights in the European Union.
7. Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
